he goes. Is there anything it could be that is not serious? Most websites are saying kidneys and Hyperkalemia. Is there anything else this could be? Just worried and waiting on results

True hyperkalemia is quite dangerous, but the vast majority of times, when it’s reported on a sample, it’s the fault of the sample and doesn’t really reflect a true hyperkalemia in the person.
Yet another of the hundred reasons it’s stupid and wrong for people to get their reports in advance of the doctor getting them.
If you’re interested in the details, the concentration of potassium inside the cells is about 35 times greater than it is in the serum. Any problems in drawing the sample, even using a too-small needle, can cause enough minor damage to the vein or to the red blood cells to cause a leak of potassium from the intracellular space into the serum, giving a high level in the test tube that doesn’t reflect the level in the cirulating blood.
