Tips On Relieving Constipation

i have 2 years and six months old child. everytime summers come he develops skin infection . he starts getting rashes on his body and we have to make him wear pure cotton clothes throughout the summer and that too coverin his whole body.this year there r no rashes but he is gettin pimples or boils on his face and head. he has been given antibiotics for five days earlier it was cured also but now they r recurring. he has constipation also. plz suggest me home remedy. i want to avois antibiotics

I have tried changes in her diet, movement of her legs, giving her water and juice. The doctor recommended a laxative, but the brand she recommended had a warning for children under age 16! I am not comfortable giving that to an infant. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

She’s 5. I won’t give her a laxitive or anything simular…the last time cost us a mattress She hates prunes and apple juice just cramps her up. I have chugging water and staying away from dairy. Can anyone add to that?
