I am 6 months pregnant with my second child. I’ve been having problems with constipation, but I’ve started taking in more fiber and it’s been a little better. For the past week I’ve been getting a horrible, stabbing pain in my colon – high up. I can also feel the stabbing pain about 3 inches above my pelvic bone at the same time as in my colon area. It is usually accompanied by a little gas and the discharge, which is clear, tan and slightly thicker than water, but not mucosy. TMI, but it also has a weird smell to it. Not like feces or even stomach acid but a foul smell none-the-less. I can’t describe it. It also hurts like this when I feel like I have to have a bowel movement, but not usually as severe as when I don’t. What could be the problem?

I am about 5 – 6 weeks pregnant confirmed by a doctor’s pregnancy test. I have had one miscarriage and gave birth to my daughter, but she died due to a congenital heart defect after 31 days. I am on my third pregnancy, but have yet to have a child.
I have had some pain on my right side (thought it was maybe constipation, but it’s not) and now I have a slight discharge of a light, brown color when I wipe. I have an ultrasound tomorrow, but I just want to know if anyone has experienced these same symptoms and had a successful pregnancy. Please, any good info will help even if it’s not what I want to hear.

26 yo female. never had anal sex. only have 1 partner, been tested for std’s for life insurance. i do not have diahrea, ever. i’ve only had mild constipation, mainly during/right after pregnancy. recently i am having a clear/brownish discharge whenever i have a bowel movement. my bowels have become less frequent and a little more difficult to pass ever since i had children but never straining or painful. i have noticed the discharge for a few weeks..and in the last few days i never feel like i am finished a bowel movement, even though there is nothing more there. i did develope hemeroids during pregnancy but it has always been a very small lump i could feel and never really bothered me after it initially showed up. now if i touch the area as i am pushing it almost feels like it’s swollen. but i have absolutely no pain at all – abdominal or with having bowel movements. i had my last child 11 months ago. could this be related to episiotomy or just hemmoird.
