Tips On Relieving Constipation

1) I am constantly facing constipation and i am not able to pass stool freely and whenever i pass the stool my stitches start paining.
2) I am still having bleeding and its fluctuating/ Sometimes its too heavy.
3) I am not able to walk or do any work for a long time as my stitches start paining and back also starts aching.
4) When i sleep on my back my stitches pain. should i still sleep on one side.
How much time would it take for me to get back my shape. Its almost two months and i still look pregnant. Doctor has adviced meto do brisk walking but i am not able to do it because of pain in stitches and bleeding. Please advice.

I had a c-section on Tuesday. I was fine the first 3 days. By friday, the day I was being discharged my back was killing me. I had horrible constipation (I ate like a pig the first few days after the surgery) and was all around feeling horrible. Today is Sunday and my back feels like it is splitting apart. I am also feeling a huge amount of anxiety about how bad I feel. I have lots of help at home thankfully or I don’t know what I would do!
I have been trying to walk but it makes my back feel even worse. And although I think the constipation is slowly getting better, I’m still pretty miserable.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The only good thing about this is my gorgeous baby boy, but right this minute I can tell you that this will be my last child!!!!
