Sounds very similar to what I went throw with my first c section. Could very well be that your stitches have been tied to tight. Getting your body back can be very hard, it took me 12 mouths after having my second child. Weight watchers is a great program, and this may help with constipation. Hope this helps.

It's time to get another opinion. You need to see another doctor who is more helpful. You should not still be bleeding almost 2 months later and you should not have such bad scar pain either. If you had an epidural or a block it could explain why you are having back pain. You can go to the hospital and explain what is happening to you or you can go to another doctor, someone needs to listen to you and give you proper advice and help.

i would also suggest a second opinion , it sounds like you might have an infection and would need to be treated asap! your scar should be healing by now not still bleeding (unless i read that wrong) eek! as for passing stools your body still has alot of hormones in it , and might take abit longer to go back to normal. back pain would be normal after child birth . i still have lower back pain due to my c-section that was 4 years ago .
good luck hunny i hope you feel yourself soon :) take care

Well i am 38 weeks pregnant and have been off since December. I work in a library, which is probably just as physical as your job. My work wern't very accomodating in helping me at all and i had a sore back. i went to doc told him my back was a lot worse than it was and he signed me off every month for nearly 4 months. Im actually on maternity leave now, but the rest before was invaluable. If u really play on it (depression is another good one) they should sign you off, u are pregnant for goodness sake and i totally understand where u are coming from. good luck

Go and see another doctor. Its been long enough that you should be pretty much back to normal and healed by now. Even c-sections don't take that long to heal unless there is another problem. You shouldn't be bleeding too heavily anymore and you shouldn't be in so much pain.
Definately go to the hospital or see another doctor as this shouldn't be continuing.

Not sure where you are, but where I live "disability" is considered to start 4 weeks before the baby is due and continue for 6 weeks (8 weeks with c-section) after the baby is delivered. Check on your laws and see if you can choose to take yourself out of work at 36 weeks.

Why do you still have stitches in after two months? If you had internal stitches they should have dissolved by now, at least I would hope so. That doesn't sound right unless you were constantly reopening your incision. You definitely need to seek a second opinion. While recovery after major surgery varies from person to person, if you feel like your rate of recovery isn't what it should be, you should seek advice from another doctor. Try to take some stool softeners for passing stool, that should help with that, as for everything else, definitely seek another doctor.

Oh you poor darling, having had 4 C-sections myself in 5 years I can sympathize babe!!! Please don't think that you are going to be like the stars and get your shape back quickly, they don't live in the real world and have chefs etc standing by for them!!
Try to drink more water, that should help with the constipation and try stewed or fresh or dried prunes every day until your stools are lose enough then stick to the number of prunes that work for you. Also if you are breast feeding you should be drinking a lot more than normal, hard to do I know but really push yourself to do this. Also try to eat healthy, hard I know. try preparing your meals in the morning so that at evening when baby is going "off" you don't need to worry about tea.
Bleeding can go on for 6-8 weeks but shouldn't still be heavy at this stage I would say! Talk to your Dr about that one I think.
Yes Even though it was 2 years since my last section every now and again I still get a "pulling pain" there sometimes. Talking to others I think this is going to stay with me for a long time! Don't push yourself as it takes a long time to recover from a major operation, which is what you've had. Oh I can just feel it all again!!!
Sleep on your side for a bit longer, or lie on your back before you sleep and then sleep on your side for the night, hard I know when you are used to sleeping on your back all the time.
I didn't do exercise for a long time and now I have a huge overhang of skin, so even if you just do some gently belly muscle building exercises I can't stress it enough!!! The pain will dissipate but does take a long time.
All the best honey, take care of your self and that gorgeous boy of yours!
