A friend of mine was advised to get her child to blow bubbles (using a pot of bubble mixture and a wand) while on the toilet, as the action of blowing with her mouth would cause her to relax her stomach muscles

My cousins had this problem with their daughter because she had chronic constipation as a baby that wasn’t taken seriously enough.
Because she thought of pooping as painful she wouldn’t poop which would cause constipation, which just repeated the cycle.
Eventually they switched doctors and the doctor put their daughter on a high dose stool softener (colace) they had to keep the dosage so high that the poop was so soft she basically couldn’t hold it in. It still took almost a year for her to get “over it”. And stop fighting going to the bathroom.
You basically just have to keep treating it until she forgets the pain. That will take different lengths of time depending on the child and the severity of the problem

Try a reward system. Find something for bribery… it doesn’t have to be big. With my daughter it’s M&M’s. Tell her you will reward her when she goes… such as 5 when she goes, 2 when she sits and tries to go.
Then slowly wean her down off of them. It will work, because she will begin to associate the potty with something good instead of pain.
    Good Luck!

Are you trying to potty train her? If you are, you might want to forget it for a while and let her wear diapers. That should relax her. If you are not potty training her, I’d call her doctor or nurse and ask for some guidelines on how long to wait for a bm before you need to worry.

    well talk to her docter
but in the mean time just encourage her to go and when she does give her something she likes, like a cookie or something lol and if it turns into a contstipation problem then u can give her a child suppository or something.

I WOULDNT WORRY ABOUT IT TOO MUCH. SHE CANT ACTUALLY HOLD IT IN FOR LONG. IF SHE HAS TO GO BAD ENOUGH THEN TRUST ME SHE’LL GO
